Prof. Avv. Luca Di Donna - Biography

Luca Di Donna was born in Rome. He graduated in Law at “ La Sapienza” University of Rome, with first class honors (110/110). He also got Ph.D in Contract Law.

He is full professor of European private law at Law Faculty of “ La Sapienza” University of Rome.

He is Chairman of the Board of the course of study in European Studies, at  Law Faculty of “ La Sapienza” University of Rome.

He is author of monographs, essays and comments. He took part as speaker in several national and international conferences and collaborates with national and International bodies research institutes.

He is Legal Advisor of the Department of European Affairs at the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

He is Lawyer and Counsel for defense in the Italian Supreme Court and in the other Higher Courts.

He mainly carries out his professional activity in the following sectors :

-          Multilevel Marketing, pyramid selling and competition

-          Arbitration and controversies

-          Company and Insolvency Law.

-          Contracts

-          Banking, financial and insurance Law.

-          Real estate.

-          Health Law.

He deals with internationalisation of big, small and medium companies.
